I am out of status on my F-1 visa and the INS has issued removal proceedings against me. i am out of jail on bond. how do i fight this matter. the school is trying to send me a new i-20. any help is deeply appreciated!
You need immidiately an immigration lawyer who can tell you what exactely will happan if you do this or that. Tell the attorney what was the reason that you lost your status. If you lucky you might don't have to leave the country, but the bond might get lost since you did not leave.
