Hello dears,
I need your help with my situation I came across to your forum and find it is helpful.
however I have a different situation:
I came to the USA in 2005 was a student in 2009 i got married who is a permanent resident.(and got my diploma. )
Just to keep myself in status i was enrolled to another school but due to pregnancy
i could not to continue. so i have lost my status in 2010 march
My question is, can my husband give a petition to me?

Not if you are out of status and he is a GC holder, although wait times have drastically reduced to a mere 6 months for spouses of permanent residents.
He can sponsor you and your overstay could be forgiven when he files as a US Citizen for you.
