F-1 holder married to USC

I entered the US 8 years ago on an F-1 (I'm on my 2nd F-1 visa now since I'm in grad school). My husband (who is a USC) and I are filing I-130 and I-485 (along with a request for EAD) concurrently for me to get a GC.

My sister who was on a F-1 too and married a USC (she now has her GC) says that I am legal to quit school and move to where my husband lives (in another US state) as soon as I get the receipt of application acceptance from the USCIS office (Nebraska center). Is this true? Or do I have to wait until I get the work permit (which would be about 3 months) to move to the state where my husband is now?

Answered my own question

I spent the last 3hrs reading previous posts .. figured out my answer. Yes, I am legal (off my F1) once I get into "AOS" category .. and I can work legally once I get my EAD.

Time to sleep .. *zzz...*
