F-1 finance doucuments, PLZ help.

Hi,
If i convert from H-4 to F-1, should i get the financial documents from India?
Also, is it possible to do with a co-signers help in US. I appreciate any information regarding this. Please if any ones got their financial support from a Co-signer(US citizen) let me know how to do it.

Showing property documents in your or your parents' name or a bank account in your home country would help..
