Hi! My cousin is engaged to a man who will be getting his green card in Dec 2002. What I would like to know is how long will it take for her to get a green-card after her husband applies for her, considering they are both in the U.S.? Should they pre-pone (or post-pone) their marriage in order for her to get green-card sooner?
