F-1 and OPT inquiry

I am in associate degree ( 2year course) which will be completed this fall. I will transfer to a 4 year undergraduate after this. Can i get an OPT after 2 year degree and when i complete my 4 year undergraduate degree can i get another OPT ? Thanks in advance

I have found myelf the answer for my question . hopes it helps the people in future.
NOTE: effective January 1, 20003, a student became eligible for another 12-month period of OPT when the student moves to and completes a degree at a higher educational level
