I am on an F-1 visa status and formed a LLC with a friend who has GC. I know that I can only be a passive investor, the question is "is there a limit on the percentage of my investment?". If no, can I earn income through the gain (or loss) of the company in proportion of my investment. Of course I will file this income on my tax return. Any reply will be appreciated...
