F-1 adjustment of status

I entered the U.S. on an F-1 visa - my status has not changed and my visa is still valid as well as my i-20. I got married to a U.S. citizen one year ago, and now I am interested in adjusting my status, how can I do this? what forms do I need to fill?

I-130, your husbund is supposed to fill it out and to send it to USCIS. Check their website for more info and the form.
