Extremely slow AP processing time at NSC

Today I got my AP receipt saying it will take about 320 to 350 days to process the case.

My godness! Normally it takes 2 to 3 months to process AP. Not sure what's going on at BCIS .... !!

What if I need to leave the country for emergency?

Any of you have similar situation but the AP was approved before the date mentioned in the receipt?
