just a moment ago, I called TSC and spoke to a 'bitch'. ( Pardon my language) I just asked her about my wife and my case status. From the start she started screaming at me on top of her voice! I showed concern about getting so many FP notices and she started shouting at me, I still kept calm and asked her if my case has been assigned to any officer yet and she said wait 15 more months if not go for another FP. and she was giving me attitude from the beginning to end, I was so furious, still couldn't say anything for fear of her doing something with my case. She was giving me the afro-american uh -huh and um -hmms all along and I thanked her for her help and she just hung up on me.

Lately I've been so happy with the people's behavior who answers teh phone, but I do not know what was her problem, I felt like calling her names and then I calmed myself down and acted liek she is the GODDESS still I couldnt get her to stop screaming at me. I can't figure out why she was screaming and shouting at me like that? And she foten gave me the 'EXCCCCUSE ME??' shit also. What a bitch!

Honestly? I felt like....... never mind.

I've got to tell you guys this. I called back a few minutes back hoping this time it will be a different person, and it was. She was the sweetest lady! And she said yes we did receive fp results back for you and your wife and she is sending them to 'get adjudicated'! Does that mean she is sending them to the officer to approve it?

I thanked her profusely and told her she made my day. She laughed:)
 
may be you got approved.

Your flirting style may have paid off. May be you should have done this with the first one. Hope this second one has really got it approved for you.
Good luck guy. If your's get approved in 15 days, may be we all need to do this.

Perhaps for the first lady your voice was very similar to ex-boyfriend who she had a fight with yesterday night for the second one it was like her new boy friend :-)
 
I too talked with an IIO just now about the dulpcate FP problem.

At first, he told that my FP was scheduled but the FP notice had been returned because of wrong address.
Then I mentioned him that I alreday did an FP and the AVM and online messgae have been updated to reflect that BCIS received my FP on April 16, 2003.

At this point he changed his stand and said that he was looking at the wrong place and confirmed that BCIS received my Fp on April 16. He added that to be on the safer side I should do the next FP also.

My concern is, I am working and temporarly living in a place which requires 6hours flight travel to the place I have to do the FP. I did this travel once..should I go and try my luck again??

I do not think, you need to do it.
Once it has been entered in the system, not required.
For me also we got three diffrent notices, Just did one and not beyond that. Infact my lawyer did not even send them to me.

What does your AVM & Online Status say now ?

Does it still say: "FP received/Processing Resumed"??

Mine said so at first, and than when they mailed me the 2nd FP Notice, it changed to : " mailed directly to whom issued".
