Extremely frustrated - RD 04/11 and no news yet ...

Just talked to an IIO, she said that they are processing cases with ND are April, my case (ND 7/11) is a July case, may need to wait another 3-4 month.

I have been talked to several different IIOs, they all insist they go by ND. So I have no idea how to explain those approved May cases, whose ND are Augest.

Now I am wondering if there are many cases with ND are April/May/June, I guess INS did not send many 485 notices in those months. Also could your guys talk to your lawyer (if you have one) to ask for their opions on this issue?

My ND is March 22, I was frustrated all along, but
yesterday I received RFE.
 
My RFE is for

1) Employment Letter
2) W-2s of 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001
3) last month pay stubs

Did you include paystubs, W2s, & employment letter when you file your I-485? Just wondering why they issued an RFE for these things.
