Here I have some typical questions:
My I-140 got approved and I-485 is pending for more than a year. So, I am eligible for AC-21. My Visa will expire in a month
So, if I want to change the company to company-B using AC-21
Q1) Can I ask company-B to file a visa extention and work for that company on EAD?
Q2) If my present employer file for visa extension, how many years of extension I can get, is it possible to get 3 years extension ??
Q3) Is it good idea to change the company in this situation (Especially with this Oct retrogression)?
Q4) I know we can change using AC-21, but are there any chances of rejection if employer revokes I-140. Did anybody have similar experience?
