My company filed for my H1-B and for my daughter's H4 Visa extensions together a few days back.
Now the attorney is trying to convert my extension into premium as I need to renew my drivers license.
Then, can my daughter's also gets converted to premium along with mine simultaneously as they are both are filed together initially.
