Extensions for More Than a Year at a Time

Hello!

I am seeing it mentioned on this site that one can get extensions of more than a year at a time (2 years is mentioned) based on a pending LC. Never heard this one before. I had only heard of the one year thing all long. Did I miss something? My 6 years are running out, and my LC has been pending for more than a year. And am about to file for the extension.

You could get more than 1 year extension at a time if you have not completed "6 years" in US i.e have gaps in them which you can also get back

I know what you mean. I don't think that that is what they meant when they said more than a year. I will try to find the links. I have already recaptured my vacation time. My 6 years (including the recaputure) will be up in May, '05.
