I am staying in the U.S.A. on tourist visa B2 multiple 10yrs and has permitted to stay for 6months.My husband is applying for a citizenship. My questions are:-

1).If I extended my tourist visa before my I-94 expire whether it would be effect by deny my application for Green Card in the future? How?

2).While my husband is waiting to become a US citizen and I travel back to my homeland country before I-94 date expire, when I want to visit my husband in the U.S.next time whether immigration officer at the port-of-entry will refuse my entry to the U.S.or void my US visa? Why?

3).While I'm living in my homeland country, my husband becomes a citizen and applying for Green Card for me whether I can travel to stay with him in the U.S.? and if can what I have to do or prepapre any paper to show at the port-of-entry to the U.S.

Thank you,

Possibly. By filing for an extension of status you are stating that you intend to leave the US at the end of the visit. You even must provide a copy of the return air ticket with a definite return date. You clearly have the intent to remain in the US permanently and that intent is incompatible with a B-2 extension.

That's up to the immigration officer at the border. See the answer above regarding intent requirements.

Thank you,

Probably not on a B visa but that will depend on the border official (see above). You may be eligible for a K-3 visa once your huband naturalizes and files an I-130.
