My In-laws have Green Card & are both around 70 yrs.They have to re-enter US by end of December 2003 ,to renew their Green card. However, they are not keeping good health at all.Are their any forms available for extension of the re-entry for the next few months?
Can they apply for an extension on medical grounds to postpone coming to USA?
Do they have to apply from India? OR Can we apply for them on their behalf?
Please advise.
