extension of EAD/Advance Parole + change of address

A long post. so do bear with me !

My EAD/Advance parole is coming to an end in mid March, 2003 and I have yet to hear about my adjustment of status (I-485) application (filed in November 2002).

Also I have moved from San Francisco to New York 2 months ago. While I have sent the both the change of address form to the California Service Centre as well as the AR-11, I do not know if the change of address has taken effect and if this address change will mean a change in my centre.

Where do I apply for the extension of my advance parole / EAD ?
 
Firstly,

You need to send the AR-11 to the washington DC office.

Is your AOS based on a marriage to a USC or an I140?

Take your paperwork to your local INS office in NY talk to an immigration officer they will let you know where you need to file.

Hi Sachin,

Thanks for the response. I had already filed the AR11 and also sent a registered letter to the California Service Centre (where my AOS was filed). But I have not heard back from them whether they are changing my centre to Vermont/local INS office.
