Extension of B2 visa: Please help

Hello forum,

I would very much appreciate all your help here.
I have applied electronically for my parents extension of stay. But I applied as if my father directly applied for extension. Now since I have to send a letter with the supporting document,
1. Should I stick to letter as written by my father ? or is it okay if I request it ?
2.Should I include the affidavit of support also ? If not, should I include Bank Stmts ?

When we applied for extension of staying B2 we provided as much papers as we could, like affidavit of support, tax declaration, copy of plane ticket and itenerary, detailed letter with explanation of purpose of extension, etc.
Is it really possible to file online?
We sent check for 195$ with all paper work to Nebraska office.

Your father's letter is fine!
Submit your affidavit of support, bank statements and
most importantly a return ticket showing the new date of departure from the US!
