Extension for landing

Hi,

We have received our landing papers in November 2004 and we need to land before May 2005. Can I ask for extension for this landing based on my wife's health condition.(She is pregnant and difficult to travel also).
Please let me know your experiences.

You use it or lose it. If your wife gives birth outside Canada prior to you "landing" your COPRs will be invalid due to the change in family composition.
