My EAD was going to expire by end of April 2005. My 6 Years of H1 was expired in Sept 2004. Now i'm working on EAD. When do i need to apply for EAD Extension? How do i need to apply? Gurus help me.

Not a guru, but...
Here's your answer. Apply at least 90 -100 days before expiry - the main reason being that if it is not processed in that time period for some reason, you can get temporary EAD at your ASC.
You'll find all the info you need on filing it electronically or via mail in the EAD forums on this site.

if you apply before 90 days you can get iEAD if you are not approved, otherwise you may end up with no work auth.
