Extending B-2 visa, e-filing I-539 form - pls help!

Hi all,
I would like to get some information about e-filing. I have the B-2 visa. I would like to extand my visa. I am filing the form I-539 electronically, but I am having some problems with certification. The problem is that there are fields to complete like: Print Name:, Title:, Date:, Daytime Phone Number:, E-mail Address ... and I don't understand what USCIS means by "a title". There is no such a field in paper version of I-539 application. Would anybody help me and explain it to me, please?
I really apreciate replies.

It may be just title of the person applying like Ms/Mr/Mrs.
Also, are you planning to send the required docs by mail along with confirmation receipt. I'm also planning to apply for my in-laws, just trying to find out if applying online is easy.

What did you put for "Title" section in online. ? I did e-filing and put Mrs in title but in the receipt i see as below. Is this ok? should i have put full name in Title section?? How to fix it?..

Please let me know

I had put the
Print Name: Full name
Title: Mrs
Date : 04/04/2011.

But when i got the Confirmation receipt,in the Signature field i see as below

Signature:
Certified and Filed By Internet
Print your Name: Mrs
Date:04/04/2011
