Extend H-1B if I have EAD???

Hi,

My employer is asking to renew my H-1 which is set to expire on December. I got my second FP notice for Aug 3 and I have the second EAD card good for Sep 2005.


Should I let them renew H-1 since it's not costing me anything?

or

Should I just wait and see what happends with the GC?

Go for H1 extension, you are not going to loose any thing. Unless you want to use EAD after H1 expiry.
