My parents are currently visiting me with B2 visa (M entry till next year) with a fixed return flight in Nov 2005. When they entered into US, they only got I94 till Aug 13, 2005.
1. They have extended their I94 several years ago. They are afraid that their future visa application will be rejected if they apply for I94 extension again this time. Is their worry valid?
2. Their I94s are stamped with Aug 13, 2005. Is it legal for them to leave on Aug 13, 2005?
