Export Control Laws

Some of us had limited options for job hunting in the US due to Export Control requirements of certain nationals. For NIW we have to show we are of help to national interests (substantially blah blah) and the national interests will be negatively affected if we were to go through labor certificate.

Question: Does it help mentioning export control limits to justify the 2nd part of NIW? I am simply saying there is no labor based employment to begin with!

Sounds a bit complex but any thought?

you need to clarify your statements Cannot understand them.

what you do only you understand .No even your lawyer understands.So make some extra effort so other can understand you situation and you have to make those gentlemen at USCIS understand you
