Expirng And Lad off

HI ,
My H1 is expiring on july 31 2003 , I got extention for 7th year till 2004 as my labour was filed 2 years back , My wife is pregnent and due is on july 4th , what if i laid off before that how can i handle the situation to stay here till i get the baby's passport so that i can go back to india.

Can i go to another employer?

If you get laid off, you need to find another job in a reasonable time, say 1-2 months.
Why do you want to go to India to get vaccinations for your baby? Can you not get them here in the US?

No , once i get laid off do i have to go back to india , as my extention was through the labor , means my labor was filed 2 years back and i got extentition on that basis , but my wife is pregnant
