Expired Venezuelan Passport but not submitted at my entry

Hi, I'm Venezuelan and i just submitted my entry for the DV 2020, but i did not enter my correct passport information due mine expired in Sept, 2019. I didn't know that Venezuelans may participate in the lottery with expired passports just adding 5 more years in the expiration date.

In the form, i checked the option of Passport Exception by living communist-controlled country and due that, can't renew my passport.

Can I still be eligible? Could this affect my eligibility?
