Filed I-130 , I-485 and I-765 , they received them on May 3rd
Notices of Action were sent to me for all 3 forms on May 10.
On May 12 they sent me the FP appointment for June 2nd.
The FP was done on June 2nd.
I have no news regarding EAD yet but yesterday I received the appointment for the interview (i-485). scheduled for July 29.
My problem is that my passport is expired. Is a venezuelan passport. There are big delays for renewing or getting a new passport at the Venezuelan consulate( i have been waiting for years now). they are not renewing the existing ones. So there is no way I can have my current passport renewed or get a new one in time for the interview ( a month from now). Will that be a problem?. Is is ok to go with my expired passport?
I think the only problem will be that if i get approved at the interview they can't stamp it, but I would received the GC in the mail.
