Need some answers.
Came to US as F-1 student.
EB-3 -waiting.
I-140 approved.
I-485 filed in 2003.
Current EAD expires on Jan 29th. Filed renew application on Nov 20th, 2006 (no approval yet)
First H-1b expired 2005. using EAD since.
Can I go to Canada and revalidate my H-1b? What document need bring?
