Both of our EADs (me and my wife) have expired. We forgot to renew it 100 days before the expiration date of our EADs. We have informed HR and currently both of us leave without pay
My wife's supervisor wants her to continue working on her project and asked the lawyer to handle this situation. Since they have a company outside the USA, the lawyer suggested her to work overthere ans still in the US payrol. Is it possible ?
My supervisor is also trying to keep me in payrol and continue working with my project. However, we dont have company outside the USA. what option do I have ?
- Leave without pay for a long time is not a good option financially.
- Section 245(k) only covers the employee but not the company.
I am tired of a long processing of my I-485!!!
