My first year EAD expired during Jun 2005 but I had always been working on only H1. My old H1 expired and my current H1 (timely application) is in pending status. I want to apply for my 2nd year EAD due to a prospective job offer after 3 months. Will there be a problem since my first EAD expired.
Note : Please note that I have only worked on H1 all along.
