Expired 1-94 H1B

My I-94 and H1B expired on the 31st of March. Do I need to do anything. I am currently on EAD (i-485)

You do not need to do anything, except apply for AP if you plan to travel.

If you are already working on EAD, you need not do anything. If you are on H1 and now since it is expired and that you have to use EAD, you have to inform HR that you will be working on EAD and not H1.

File a new I-9 and submit that along with a copy of your EAD and driver's license to your HR. That's it.
