Expidite Request

I am seriously thinking about putting in an expidite request for my EAD it has been 107 days now and i am desperate financial strife, with my wife in the hospital after her cardiac Arrest she is not able to work and the sponser can only do so much, even under normal circumstances.
If i do not get this card by the end of this month i am gonna be on the street with my wife unable to pay for her meds that she needs or she will die.
how do i go about it and what are the chances of an approval?
I read the criteria on the cis website as follows:-

All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and are granted at the discretion of the Service Center Director. The criteria are as follows:

Severe financial loss to company or individual.

Extreme emergent situation.

Humanitarian situation.

Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States.

Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government.)
USCIS error.

Compelling interest of USCIS.
If a response to the expedite request is not received within 72 hours, the request is denied. The application or petition will then undergo normal processing.

I dont see how it can do any harm to my case really since they say normal processing will be resumed if denied ^^
How do i go about it?

If you still haven't received your EAD 90 days after your RD, you can go to your DO with your NOA and they'll issue you a temporary EAD on the same day.

Bring everything you have to prove your case and hope you get someone with a little heart. There are not a lot of them at the USCIS, but I have meet a few.

I did that twice already the firs said she took out the RFE times and came up short the second was a heartless old woman who could care less and said its 90 days from the reciept of the evidence.
who is right here? i don't understand i am so confused and may have to go under the table and hope i don't get caught.

Fax or mail only i am afraid which is alot quicker if you use fax which would be nice if i could prove it
:(

Who knows how long it takes to bring it back to regular processing. It sounds like a good idea but who knows, maybe it adds weeks to your regular EAD since it had to be moved to a different pile. I have no idea how that works. I've never heard of this expedite procedure. If I were you, I would try to do both, send the application certified mail AND schedule a third infopass appt.

I hope it works out for you.
