Hi, Where is I485 supposed to be filed from? Place of intended employment(company\'s HQ) or place of applicant\'s residence? I live in VSC jurisdiction whereas my company\'s HQ under TSC. My attorney says it has to be filed from VSC and not TSC. But I heard contradictory statements to that. Which is true????
