Experts please reply, Follow to join case

Hi Guys,

My CP was done on 31st December from Company A. I got married on January
5th and submitted my wife\'s IV application. She is expecting an interview
in April.

Now the situation is A, is selling my division to Company B. So when she
goes for interview I will be able to give paystubs from B only. Is it
going to create any problem for my wife\'s visa? because I would be no longer working for A. Since this is a asset only sells, it is like taking a new job with B.

no problem

in FTJ case your employment is not neccesarily checked and the consular does not have any say in whom you should work after you get your GC. So go ahead and enjoy remaining days of freedom till april.

For FTJ case your Employment is immaterial

But just to be on the safer side you should send all the docs that show your div was bought and the changes to your employment were out of your control.
In unlikely event of the question coming up at your wife\'s interveiw she should be able to demonstrate the fact.

FJT Success Experience

Hi,
My wife just got approved today on the FJT case. I moved on from Company A to B 2 months back. I just submitted all the docs that was relevant to Company A and it still worked. As others said, only the relationship is questioned.
I will update you more when I get feedback from my wife.

H-4 investigation, any problems with follow to join

My wife\'s h-4 application is under administrative processing. Since that process takes a while, I would like to file follow to join for my wife after I get my GC approved. Does any of you see problem with it? Please advice. What all does the consular officer look when they are issuing IV?
