HI All,

Please, need ur advice.

Myself and my wife gave the finger prints on March 11, 2005. There was no LUD change about the Finger prints on our cases. I called VSC yesterday and asked about the status of finger prints and our 485 cases. The representative said that he had no information showing on the system about the finger prints status and he gave the usual information that it would take 150-340 days to approve the cases and right now they are processing the cases filed in March 2004. He said I can hear something about our cases after two months as our 485's were filed on May 26, 2004.

Did VSC ever got our Finger prints or not? Did my Name Check cleared or not?
I also applied for second EAD/APs on March 29, 2005 (not sure of the date but my attorney said that they already couriered the papars and VSC should get the courier by March 29, 2005)

Gurus, please advice me of the next steps. what is the best way to find out the status of my Finger prints and name Check?

Normally finger prints get received the same day or atmost the next day in VSC. Name Checks can take anywhere between 1 month to even one year(if your time is bad). For EAD's you need to check your processing times at Vermont for EAD/AP. You may get that quicker.

But I am not sure why its taking so long for your FP's to reach VSC. Good Luck
