I have a friend who is gonna file 485 now.
His wife is in India with NO VISA to visit or move here.
What happens when he files his 485 & wants to add spouse?
Will she get her CP done in India simultaneously?

Please explain how will it work?

I don\'t think that\'s the way it works.

I am not an expert double check with ur lawyer...I think u can delay your 485 filing till she comes in on H4 and then apply 485 together.

Go ahead and file

485 so that you get into queue . Then you can bring
spouse on dependent visa and add to the 485 processing later .
Double check with attorney .
