I have changed 3 employers since my I-140 approval and I-485 pending for 6 months. I have not applied for AC-21 yet, I am thinking of waiting for an RFE and send response accordingly at that time..
But what will happen if my I-485 is approved without RFE or filing AC-21. Do I have to go back to my original sponsoring employer, since I never filed AC-21 and my green card sponser is the employer who filed my labor and thats what they have in their records ??
