Experts please help!

I've managed to file for my GC just before the retrogression began. Was in dependanat visa (h4) and Mine does not require Labour (Physio) and I 140 and I 485 have been filed concurrently and got my AP and EAD.

Unofrutnately, now my employer is saying 'blah blah' and is not allowing me to start working. Since retrogression has started, I cannot file new I-140/I 485 with another employer. Is it possible to transfer my Petition and AOS to another employer now ?

I am confused. Not sure how to deal with it..

U can start working for another employer.Once you get I140 approval send
AC21 portability letter to USCIS with new employers offer letter dated
six months after I485 Notice Date.
You have to study AC21 portability clauses in AC21 forums
