I had sent my Packet 3 to the consulate for processing. When my I-140 was filed only my wife and my son was included in the petition. Recently we had a baby boy who was born in India. The consulate has sent me a note saying that one of the family members was not included in the I-140 petition. Did any one experience this. Does this mean that my second son will not be issued the green card.
