Hello Guys please help out on this... I got my spouse's EAD approved couple of weeks back and today while doing a status check I saw this -
"On October 5, 2005, the card or document we had mailed to the applicant was returned by the post office because they could not deliver it. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
This is my brother's address. Please suggest what does this mean? - how would EAD card be returned back - I am pretty sure that no signature is required for getting the EAD card or advance parole via mail. My EAD Card/Advance parole was delivered at the same address without any issues.
Please suggest what should I do? What if INS asks me the reason why it was returned back?? I do not know the reason - Please help..
Thanks
