My case is a bit unique by itself. I was working for various consulting companies in H1B till my 140 got approved , i started with my sponsoring employer A on mAr-04.140 was approved on Jan-04.
My 140(EB3)/485 was concurrently filed during Mar-03 thru company A and got an approved 1st EAD on Jun-03,FP1 done on May-03. Once i was laid off by my H1B employer i started using the EAD for another employer B starting from Sep-03.
Since i had to get married before 485 approval, i transferred my H1 to company B on Nov-03 (From Sep03 till mid Nov-03 i worked on EAD), and got my wife on approved H4.From Nov-04 till Feb-04 i was working on their H1B.
I joined my GC sponsoring company A on Mar-04 and since then on their pay-roll. Its 7 months since, will there be any problem in my case ?
Am i eligible to use AC-21 ? My FP2 is scheduled on Sep-17.Also my 2nd EAD and 2nd AP has been approved. I have never used AP, but planning to use one this december, unless my 485 gets approved.
Do you guys see any issue here.

YOu don't have to use AC21 since you are working for your sponosring employer right now.

You are in no trouble since you either had H1 or EAD all the time that you worked, so don't worry.
