Experts....Need Help

I am currently on H1 B status and plan to go to India for a vacation and H1 visa stamp. I have applied for my I-485 in August but did not apply for EAD and AP at that time. I want to now apply for EAD and AP before i leave for India.
I plan to enter the country again with H1b. is there any rule that if you leave the country after applying for AP it is deemed as being abandoned?
Will I have any problems entering back in the country?

Per USCIS final rule, published yesterday on USCIS website, you should be fine with an H1 visa to come back. Your AP is not considered abandoned.
