Experts help on EAD and AP

My Advance Parole was aproved and send by INS on November 6,2001. My EAD was approved and send by INS on November 22,2001. Both these documents were sent to my old address and it did not get forwarded to my new address by the postal department.I called up INS they said that they have not received the returned mail till now.
So both the documents are lost in mail.
In this situation please advice what should I do ?
1)Should I refile my Advance Parole and EAD ?
2)Will the INS issue me AP & EAD on the spot if I go to the local INS office ?
If yes what documents shouls I carry?

I am also in the same boat. Only AP is missing for me and my wife. I have asked same questions to my lawyer and waiting for the response. Probabily lawyer is going to ask to refile.

Hi,

Did you at least file a change of address form with the INS. You need to do that ASAP so that you will receive future communication from INS. Regarding refiling your Lawyer would be the best person to talk to.
