Hi,

My H1 is with company A. My green card sponsoring company is B. Both company A and B is owned by same person. After getting my EAD I moved to company B. I am with company B for almost 2 years. My green card is still pending with INS. My RD is May-24-2002.

What is my question is, can I leave my green card sponsoring company and join with some other company c. Why I am asking is I got an offer from company C. Can I use AC-21 here. Any similar case like me approved by INS.
My lawer is saying me to stick with the green card sponsoring company(B).

AC21 lets you change jobs. There are no known horror stories. The job should be 'similar' - BCIS looks at this very broadly. Since you have done FP2- you are not too far from approval(hopefully)- can wait for a few weeks. But overall- you can easily change jobs- generally no hassle/paper work etc.
