Expert Opinion Reqd on my case

Hi Friends,

I am a passive member of this forum.....I need some expert opinion on my case

I-140 applied in October 2002...RFE received in June 2003...RFE replied in August 2003....No Approval Yet

I-485 and EAD applied in December 2002....RFE on 485 recd (medical report, passport details, pay stubs and w2) in October replied in November....No new yet

Meanwhile my EAD was approved twice...once in 2003 and again in 2004...AP approved in 2004.....

What should I expect now I am very tense.......Your opinion will be appreciated.

Contact your lawyer and ask him/her to open a case status inquiry for you.

Once you have replied the RFE and your FP and Name check is done, you should get concurrent approval. If you are worried about your 140, then I think everything is OK. usually they do not send a 485 RFE, unless everything in 140 looks OK. But then there is no set pattern under which USCIS works.
