Expert opinion of REF..

As per online message, BCIS has issued REF on August 06,2003. I have not received REF nor my lawyer have received the REF yet. I called National service center after 14 days and got the reply from them to wait till September 05,2003 (wait till 30 days).

What are my options in such case? Do I need to inform BCIS - Vermont center in writing? if yes, then at what address?

My detail:

RD: 01/24/2002
ND: 02/04/2002
FP: 05/22/2002
RFE issued: 08/06/2003 for me only not for dependent (not yet received)
EB3-NJ-IND

I would relly appriciate any expert opinion on this...

Thank you!

Wait till September 5, then contact NCSC again. If the representative couldn't provide proper answer, request them to connect to tier 2 representatative.

Do below things

1) Call NCSC again inform them about RFE notice again.
2) Ask your lawyer to fill up enquiry form and sent to Vermont service center director. This way they may speed up sending it again.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply!

I have changed the job using AC21. I don't think my lawyer from the previous company will help on filling up an enquiry form.

Can I inform Vermont service center directly in writing that I have not received copy of REF and same time I can inform them that I have changed the job using AC21 with copy of current employment letter, paystuf, w2?

If so, at what address? Any attantion?

At what address/attantion REF replies normally others are sending?

would really appriciate any helpful tips.
