Hello All,
I have a pending regular labour application at Dallas BEC which probably has a wait time of 1 yr at best.
I am looking to convert my case to PERM, and wanted to know how easy/hard it is to convert it to PERM.
What are the general experiences with PERM? Is it easy to get PERM approved? How long is it taking for approval on average?
Does information like this make any difference w.r.t PERM approval?
