experienced guys, please help me out.

I did I140 EB1 by myself early last year and got RFE last month. I am now ready to submit all required information to INS.

Should I submit the required information along with all documents submitted last year to INS, OR:
I just need to submit the required information to INS and assume the INS could access my previous documents.

ON the RFE form (for my I140), there are two rectangle box. The left one filled with my address, and the right one is empty.

Now I moved and have new address. Is the empty box on the right for the address change??
