I have a query -
I have around 7 yrs of experience and a 4 yr degree in Computer Sc. Came to US on an H1 around Mar '05 with company X and am still working there.
Before that was working for the same company in the diffn country (the two companies are different legal entities with no relationship apart from ownership)
I have all the required documents for the previous employments and have been to US a number of times from my previous companies.
Any idea if I qualify for EB2 or EB3 ?
Will my out of US exp with X be considered ?
Would greatly appreciate any thoughts.
