I am subject to the 2-year home residency requirement, but just got a "Favorable Recommendation" based on "No Objection" from DOS. It has been forwarded to the CA USCIS.
I would be grateful if you could tell me your experiences with this service... How long did they take to issue your final j1 waiver?
